Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that the website stores on your device so that it works properly, remembers your preferences and measures how it is used. Alongside cookies we use similar technologies — tracking pixels and identifiers stored locally in the browser.

The operator of the fmd.md website is FlagMAN-D SRL, IDNO 1008600029969, e-mail office@fmd.md. Details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

The complete and current list of cookies, with the provider and lifetime of each, is available in the banner settings panel, accessible at any time via the „Cookie settings" button. The panel is the single source of truth; this policy describes the categories and rules.

3. How we obtain consent

3.1. Necessary cookies are set without consent, as the website cannot function without them.

3.2. Analytics and marketing tools are not initialised and do not transmit data until you make your choice in the banner shown on your first visit.

3.3. The banner offers equally prominent options: accept all, reject all and configure by category. In the configuration panel, the toggles for categories requiring consent are off by default.

3.4. You may accept categories separately. If you accept only analytics cookies, marketing tools remain disabled.

3.5. Your choice applies on all pages of the website and is remembered for later visits until you change it.

3.6. Refusing analytics and marketing cookies does not restrict access to the website's content and does not prevent you from sending a request.

3.7. The public description of the categories of data collected through cookies and of the procedure for giving and withdrawing consent is provided in accordance with Article 10(2) of Law No. 284/2004.

4. How to manage your preferences

- Through the banner — at any time, via the „Cookie settings" button. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (Article 7(3) of Law No. 195/2024).
- In your browser — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the website works.
- In providers' settings — advertising preferences can be managed in your Google, Meta and LinkedIn accounts.

Deleting cookies in the browser also deletes your saved choice, so the banner will be shown again.

5. International transfers

Providers of analytics and marketing tools process data on servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the United States of America. Transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 44–49 of Law No. 195/2024. Details — clause 5 of the Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

This policy is updated whenever the tools used on the website change. The version in force and the date of the update are shown in the header.
